GCC Logistics and Trade Connectivity Continue Improving

GCC Ports, rail, and supply-chain investments support regional growth

GCC countries are continuing to invest heavily in ports, logistics corridors, rail infrastructure, warehousing, and customs modernization to strengthen trade connectivity between Asia, Europe, and Africa. Improved regional coordination is helping increase cargo throughput and support manufacturing, re-export, and distribution activity across the Gulf.

Analysts expect logistics and transportation to remain among the strongest growth sectors in the GCC economy during the second half of 2026.
