2,000 Additional Seats Added for Weekend Travel

Etihad Rail has added six additional passenger services between Abu Dhabi and Dubai this weekend after exceptionally strong early demand.

More than 2,000 additional seats were made available — over 1,000 on Saturday and another 1,000 on Sunday, October 4.

The additional services highlight strong initial passenger interest in the new Abu Dhabi–Dubai rail connection and could support the UAE’s broader strategy of expanding integrated public transport between its major business centres.
