Saudi AI giant expands beyond domestic infrastructure
Saudi AI company HUMAIN is pursuing a two-track AI investment strategy that could involve a global venture fund potentially exceeding $10 billion, alongside a separate $2.5 billion vehicle focused on domestic data-centre financing.
The strategy reflects Saudi Arabia’s ambition to move from being an AI infrastructure investor to becoming a global participant in AI companies, computing infrastructure and technology development.
HUMAIN’s expansion comes alongside Saudi Arabia’s broader push into sovereign AI infrastructure, data centres and Arabic-language AI.
