Bahrain strengthens its position as a regional fintech and financial-services hub

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has joined Fintech Forward 2026 as the event’s first Diamond Sponsor.

The event will take place on 7–8 October 2026 at Exhibition World Bahrain, bringing together fintech companies, financial institutions, policymakers, investors and technology experts to discuss the future of financial services.

NBB said its participation reflects its continued focus on digital transformation, artificial intelligence and technology-driven banking services.

The bank’s involvement also highlights the growing importance of collaboration between traditional financial institutions, fintech companies and technology providers.
