Regional trade infrastructure supports stronger supply-chain connectivity
GCC countries are continuing to invest heavily in ports, rail infrastructure, warehousing, customs modernization, and logistics corridors to improve trade connectivity between Asia, Europe, and Africa. Rising cargo volumes and improved regional coordination are helping strengthen supply-chain efficiency and cross-border commerce.
Analysts expect logistics and transportation to remain among the Gulf’s fastest-growing economic sectors through the remainder of 2026.
