Major real estate and tourism projects announced

Saudi developer Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction has announced a new five-year strategy focused on expanding development projects in Makkah.

The company plans to strengthen tourism infrastructure, hospitality services, residential communities, and commercial developments as Saudi Arabia prepares for continued growth in religious tourism and international visitors.

The expansion aligns with Vision 2030 goals aimed at increasing tourism’s contribution to GDP and supporting long-term urban development. Experts expect the initiative to create new investment opportunities in construction, hospitality, and retail sectors.
