Saudi Vision 2030 Faces Financial Pressure Amid Regional Instability

Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Vision 2030 program is facing growing financial pressure due to regional conflict and economic challenges. Oil export disruptions and rising costs have led to revenue losses exceeding $10 billion, impacting large-scale development projects.

Mega projects such as NEOM and other infrastructure initiatives are being scaled back or delayed as the government reassesses spending priorities. Foreign investment has also fallen short of targets, adding further pressure on the Kingdom’s transformation plans.

Despite challenges, analysts believe the long-term vision remains intact, though execution timelines may be extended.
