Gulf markets gained on the back of encouraging US–China trade talks. Dubai’s index edged up (+0.1%), Abu Dhabi (+0.5%), and Qatar (+1.3%), while Saudi and Bahrain remained closed for a holiday. Slowly climbing oil prices also helped boost market sentiment .
